The moving PODS are essentially packed, and my job at the University of Florida is rapidly winding down. We're off to Philadelphia next week where I will be heading up a lab at Temple University. It's a bittersweet experience. Some things I will miss very much. I love Gainesville and my PhD students. Some things I won't miss at all (e.g., the corrupt warden and sadistic prison guard). Not to embrace hyerbole, but I really have crawled through a 500 yard sewer pipe over the last year. Now I'm off to Mexico to await the arrival of Morgan Freeman, portrayed awkwardly by Dr. Jonathan Peelle.
